How to Install WhatsApp Without Microsoft Store (Windows 10/11 Tutorial)

 

Welcome to this quick guide where I'll walk you through the process of downloading and installing WhatsApp on Windows 10 and Windows 11 without using the Microsoft Store.

Step 1: Visit the WhatsApp Download Page

Navigate to the WhatsApp download page on Uptodown.com by clicking on the following link: [WhatsApp Download Page - Uptodown.com]

Step 2: Download WhatsApp

On the WhatsApp download page, scroll down until you locate the "Latest Version" button, then click on it.

Step 3: Initiate the Download

After clicking "Latest Version," you'll be directed to the next page. 

Once again, scroll down until you see the "Download" button and click on it. 

This action will start the download of the WhatsApp Desktop installer to your computer.

Step 4: Open the Downloaded File

Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file and click on "Open File."

Step 5: Install WhatsApp

A window titled "Install WhatsApp" will appear. 

Simply click on the "Install" button to commence the installation process.

Step 6: Launch WhatsApp on Your Computer

After the installation is finished, WhatsApp will be launched on your computer. 

Click on "Get Started" to initiate the setup process.

Step 7: Link WhatsApp on Your Phone

To link WhatsApp on your phone to the one on your computer, follow these steps:

1. Open the WhatsApp app on your phone.

2. In WhatsApp, look for the three little dots or settings icon.

3. Select "Linked Devices."

4. Under "Linked Devices," tap on the option that says "Link a Device."

Step 8: Scan the QR Code

Next, point your phone's camera towards your computer screen to scan the QR code displayed.

This action will link the WhatsApp on your phone to the WhatsApp installed on your computer.
